The solid state form of a development candidate compound impacts the development process regardless of the development stage. In order to ensure reproducible exposure from pre-clinical animal trials to clinical studies, some focus on solid state form and formulation is necessary. We provide solutions for development compound form selection and optimization. This includes; candidate form discovery and identification, form evaluation, developability and risk assessment (including processability, stability, etc), and process optimization.
