Title: Analytical Methods to Assess Critical Quality Attribute in mRNA-LNP Modality
Phase-appropriate strategies are pivotal to ensure the analyses to be adequate at each stage. Employing advanced analytical techniques such as high-resolution mass spectrometry, properly and timely, can address potential CMC issues to mitigate risks of delaying progress. This presentation will discuss the application of phase-appropriate strategies for analyses needed at each stage, and related examples such as developability and serum stability studies will be illustrated to highlight the application.
